Our beef cattle are reared on two HIGHLAND farms - Kunčice in Opava and Kozlovice in the Beskydy Mountains.
The origin of the Highland cattle breed, Scottish desert cattle, dates back to the Celtic times in the Scottish Highlands. This breed is also suitable for hard mountain conditions. A modest grazing is enough for him. Year-round free movement in nature, to which animals are accustomed to their way of farming for centuries, has a beneficial effect on their hardiness and health. The characteristic feature is long, dense coat and very long hairs. Color may be brown, yellow to dark red. Less color is black, gray, white and silver.
